LIMITED LATE
MODEL RULES

Below are the general procedures and competition rules at FMS. For specific classes, please click on the buttons below. If you have any questions about rules or a race procedure please contact the track.

LIMITED LATE MODEL RULES:

(BY THE 2024 NASCAR RULE BOOK WITH THE FOLLOWING EXCEPTIONS) 

OVERALL CAR WEIGHT (total/right side) - CARB requirements:

1. GM 602 crate: (3000/1300)               390 4bbl / any 1” alum spacer

                           (3025/1325)               650 4bbl / any 1” alum spacer

2. GM 603/ZZ4 crate: (3000/1300)        390 4bbl / any 1” alum spacer

                                   (3025/1325)        650 4bbl / any 1” alum spacer

3. Ford 347 JR crate: (3000/1300)        390 4bbl / any 1” alum spacer

                                  (3025/1325)        650 4bbl / any 1” alum spacer

4. GM 604 crate: (3050/1350)                       500 2bbl HPX or Ultra / any 1” alum spacer

5. Dillon 70cc: (3075/1350)                           500 2bbl HPX or Ultra / any 1” alum spacer

6. LMSC Built (Steel Head): (3050/1350)     450 carb / 350 adapter / any 1” alum spacer

7. Chevy Spec Upgrade: (3125/1415)              450 carb / 350 adapter / .75” 2 hole non tapered spacer  

8. Ford 347 SR crate: (3100/1400)               450 carb / 350 adapter / .75” 2 hole non tapered spacer

9. HMS Enforcer: (3100/1400)                     450 carb / 350 adapter / .75” 2 hole non tapered spacer

Clarification:

450 Carb is 500 top with a 350 bottom. The only 500 Tops allowed are 4412 or HP 500 with 350 bottom pt # 2300. NO modifications permitted outside NASCAR Tech Specs

SHOCKS / BUMP STOPS 

- Shocks and Bump Stops will be permitted in accordance with the 2023 NASCAR RULE BOOK

- In addition, AFCO and PRO shocks will be legal WITHOUT BASE VALVES.
